About us

We have been supporting our customers in the areas of insurance and finance for over 45 years.

We are particularly pleased that many of our client relationships are already in their 3rd generation of consultants. Hans Langer already worked for Hallesche Krankenversicherung from 1961 to 1974 in customer advisory services and entered into many business relationships that still exist today. In the years that followed, his son Joachim Langer decided in 1975 to follow the same career path at Hallesche Krankenversicherung and take over the management of his father’s customer base. On this basis and through intensive cultivation of customer relationships, the independently managed general agency Joachim Langer was founded in 1986.

In order to set the course for further customer support and future business development at an early stage, Christopher Langer joined his father’s general agency in 2018 and took over the management of the agency in 2020.

Our philosophy and values

Our consulting, brokerage and support services for insurance and financial solutions are based on many years of experience and expertise in the areas of health insurance, property and asset protection and retirement provision.

In recent years, we have also specialized in the transfer of foreign pension assets to Germany. We primarily help clients with pensions from the United Kingdom (UK) to consolidate their pension provision and thus avoid currency and tax risks.

As a matter of principle, it is our greatest concern to always provide our existing and new customer relationships with the best possible service and to offer support in all situations.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot offer any help with State Pensions or the transfer of NHS pension rights.
